We recently had a brand new website and could not transfer the customer database. As a result you will have to register as a new customer if you have not already done so. click here 

If you have already tried to log-on using your old details and then try to re-register for some reason the computer will say your details already exist. To get around this please close the website then reopen it and register as a new customer. If the problem persists or you need any clarification or help please contact us.

If you have forgotten your password it is possible to log-on using your user name and have a temporary password emailed to you. You can then change your password to something more memorable by accessing your details.
