What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express, JCB cards and PayPal. All payments are taken by Worldpay (Royal Bank of Scotland) or PayPal. All payments are processed by Worldpay or PayPal on their secure sites, no online card details are seen by or stored by us. This is the most secure way of internet shopping.
If you would rather pay by cheques you can post us a letter with details of what you would like, who you are, and where it is going (you can even select everything online and print off the ‘View Basket’ screen, to save yourself some work), along with the cheque, and we’ll process the order as soon as we receive it.

Do you provide invoicing accounts for schools, local authorities etc?

I'm ordering for my business, can I open a credit account?
If your company has been trading for longer than a year, or if you have been a customer of ours for more than a year we can hopefully set-up a credit account for you.
- Company letter headed paper including company/charity registration number (not VAT number).
- Name and contact details of the person responsible for payment, including email address.
- Details of the products that you'd like to order.
